Oh my... I spent far too much time on this.

I just got tired of seeing endless wolf-dressups but no cat ones.

Cats are just as cool darnit!

Hopefully there are no glitches, but alas I am too tired to test it any further...

This dress-up is a little different then most. You have to select a color AND click the little toggle visibility box to get something to show.

Also, I have something I have never seen in an animal dress-up before--tints. On the starting screen, the "Tint" box will apply a 20% color filter to the base color... thus you can get blue-greens, greys, golds, etc. beyond the normal choices. In Mark tab 4, there is a marking called "Gtint" which will apply a 10% tint over all markings as well as the base, allowing you to make the character look a little more "matchy". Like if you're using a mostly yellow character you can use a yellow Gtint to make all the markings slightly more yellow.

For the backgrounds, you must deselect one to see another.

I will not be taking any requests for edits (beyond fixing glitches), sorry.

I am, however, considering a partnership with my sister who is responsible for the create-a-wolf of a few weeks ago: [link] we are considering making a series of Create-a-whatevers of various different species... but that's still up in the air.

You are free to repost your cats as well as edit them, make characters of them, whatever, just make sure that you credit me. I don't really care what you do with this, but the one thing that will make me is not being credited.

The only other rule is that you are absolutely NOT allowed to sell anything relating to this Flash for profit--which means no tracing and selling, selling designs made with it, etc. This includes both real-life currencies and virtual currencies that can be converted into real currencies (Linden Dollars, etc.)
